Printing tips

  • Print at actual size (100%), not "fit to page", so the lines stay a usable size.
  • It is laid out for US Letter paper and also fits A4.
  • Turn on "background graphics" if the colors come out pale.

What is on this chart

One formula, no recipe needed. Stick it on the fridge.

Milk, almond or oat milk, coconut water, or half juice, half water

Any mix. Frozen fruit makes it thick and cold, so no ice needed

Baby spinach is the easy one: you won’t taste it

½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tbsp chia, or a scoop of protein

Blend in this order

Blend 30-60 seconds on high. Too short is gritty; too long gets warm and thin.

Quick fixes

Too thickAdd liquid 2 tbsp at a time
Too thinAdd frozen fruit, ice or a frozen banana
BlandLemon or lime juice, a pinch of salt, or vanilla
Gritty greensBlend greens with the liquid first; remove kale stems
Too sourAdd ripe banana, mango or a date
