Smoothie Recipes

Among all the recipes of smoothies, some of my likings are given below.

Smoothie of Merry and Berry

· Juice of orange (or other fruit juice of your taste)
· Fresh yogurt with low fat
· Grapes
· Blueberries
· Strawberries
· Black current

Take all the items in the mixer and mix till it smoothens. You can also put sweet of granules just to give taste.

Smoothie of Peanut and Butter

· Milk
· Butter of peanut
· Ice cream of vanilla flavor

Take all the items in the mixer and mix till it is together.

Smoothie of Purple of Passion

· Ice
· Fresh yogurt with low fat
· Strawberries
· Banana
· Blueberries

Take all the items in the mixer and mix till it gets smoothen. You can also put sweet of granules just to give taste.

The Smoothie of the Blueberry

Avoid varicose in veins: A dose of blueberries gives energy for the blood flow and are very good sources of vitamin C which helps in the generation of anti-inflammatory of the bioflavonoid which gives elasticity to the vein and which also increases the flow of the blood to the extremities and hence it is prove by the recent search. Just give a chance to the smoothie of blueberries: and also try smoothies of banana and the smoothies of blueberry. Well you may mix anything and everything in the smoothie to get a good flavor like juices, honey, jams, and fruits with any kind of fusion and tofu. But you should consider that it will definitely hit the values of the nutrition.

· 1 piece banana
· 7 to 8 cubes of ice
· Half packet of chilled blueberries
· One and a half cups soymilk
· Two tablespoons of preservatives of blueberry

Now this is very simple. Put everything in a mixer, and set the highest frequency, and churn it till the cubes of the ice are crushed and the sound of crushing of ice is not audible and every things are smoothens. There is large number of varieties in which the fusions of jam with fruits are usually used. You can also add the supplements in it such as the seeds of the ground flax and the powdered proteins or any other as per your taste. It is good to put the things in the end so that even the supplements will mix together to give the better result. You can put a juice of an apple instead of the milk of soy and this fusion will give the concoction of the tangier.

Smoothie Of Blueberry With Bananas

· One cup plain and fresh yogurt
· Two pieces of banana
· Half cups of blueberries

Peel off the banana and slice them and now put them in the sheets of cookies. Place it in the refrigerator freezer and chill it till it is solidify. Now take out from the freezer and put it in the mixer. Make the slices of the berries and put it in the mixer. Then add yogurt. Churn the mixture till it smoothens and serve it after pouring it in the glass.
