Ice-Cream In Your Breakfast

You just hurry up in the kitchen and take a mixer put every items like cool and chilled fruits, and voila and a yogurt which is fresh, churn it and oops the smoothie is ready for the breakfast. And if it is ice cream than the kids will definitely demand for their choice of fusion as a breakfast. Rather than giving the cereals or the wafers bought from the market try to give them food which is highly nutritious and yet very delicious.
    Basics of the Smoothie:
  1. First put the fluid items (yogurt, milk or juices) in the mixer.Add it in your fruit. Chilled fruits make thick smoothie, and while drinking make you sense as milkshake.
  2. If the banana is getting brown in your home than you just peel it, bag it, and then put it in the freezer- as it will be the best ingredient for your smoothie.
  3. You can add any supplements in your smoothie like you can add seed of flax in your meal; this is rich in omega 3's. And the best part is it is not detected in the drink and yet it taste so delicious.
  4. Churn it till it smoothens. (It is easy to use hand stick or an immersion mixer than the big daiquiri mixer/margarita).

  1. Half cup yogurt which is lower in fat
  2. One third chilled banana
  3. One fourth cup chilled chunks of pineapple
  4. One fourth cup chilled mango
  5. Milk or juice of orange: splash if needed

  2. Three fourth cup chilled blueberries
  3. Half cup yogurt of vanilla
  4. Half banana
