Control Constipation and Acne with Smoothies

It is suggested that you should drink smoothie in the morning if you are suffering from the constipation or from acne problem. As smoothie contains high amount of fibers so taking it in the morning will protect you from constipation. It also contains the nutrition which gives immunity for smooth and clean skin.
The six smoothies for this purpose are;

  • Smoothie of Apple
  • Smoothie of Strawberry
  • Smoothie of Apple and Barley
  • Smoothie of Pineapple
  • Smoothie of Peach and Rice of Dream
  • Smoothie of Apricot

Smoothie of Apple: Churn the following items in the mixer. One or two pieces of apple cut through wedges, one banana, half cup of rice dream, half cup of milk of almond, one fourth cup or raisins overnight soaked, one tea spoon of honey, one or two cubes of ice, one teaspoon granules of lecithin, two tablespoons of oil of seed of flax. First step is to mix the liquids with the banana. To get the fluid as per your taste check it's consistency while adding the apples. To smooth the smoothie adds the oil of the flax to it. You can also put the seed of the flax in the mixer and get it churned directly.
Smoothie of Apple and Barley: Churn the following items in the mixer. One cup of apple sliced after it is peeled, half cup of barley which is cooked, one fourth cup of the raisins soaked, one fourth of the flavoring of the vanilla, a half cup of rice dream, half cup of milk of almond, one teaspoon of granules of lecithin, two tablespoon of oil of seed of flax. Do use the granules of the lecithin in the smoothies as lecithin provides the breakdown in the oil of the flax in small parts and is easier to digest.
Smoothie of Apricot: 1 cup of apricots which are fresh or the dry apricots which are overnight soaked, half a lemon juice, 2 oz of juice of prune, 1 teaspoon of bran of oat, it may be used more than one teaspoon, 1 teaspoon of whey of mineral, 1 table spoon of oil of seed of flax, 1 tablespoon of granules of lecithin. For a consistency in the smoothie you can also add water which is distilled or you can also add cubes of ice. For constipation and acne you should drink smoothie of this kind.
Smoothie of Peach and Rice Dream: Churn the following in the mixer. Two cool peaches which are peeled, one cup of rice dream, half banana, one teaspoon of seeds of sesame, one teaspoon of seeds of sunflower, one tablespoon of granules of lecithin, two tablespoon of oil of seed of flax, instead of rice dream you can also use milk of almond. I only prefer milk of almond for my smoothies. Churn all the seeds in the mixer. Smoothie of this kind is very rich in fibers. You may enhance the smoothie by using the seeds of sesame and the seeds of sunflower.
